I enjoy the personal growth in terms of what I am able to do at DF’S. I have been given a variety of tasks and responsibilities that I find challenging. I am always learning new things in my profession One of the great things about DF’S is the involvement of key personnel in the management decisions through ‘Annual Partner’s Manager Meetings’ which gives you a platform to participate in decision making Technical development is highly encouraged here which is reflected in their extensive staff training programs designed to the needs of all the divisions/employees.
