Having an experience of 6 years in different jobs, he is an expert in Drafting and Vetting of all corporate legal documents including Memorandum of Understanding, Promoters Agreement, Shareholders Agreement and Commercial Agreements. He has also been involved in Labor Law matters and Industrial relation rules.
He has handled various kinds of issues relating to disputes arising out of Joint Ventures between companies, managements, relating to control and other company law provisions. He is also an expert in advisory on the setting up of subsidiaries in India, and setting up of joint ventures/subsidiaries abroad.
