Vishal Verma is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He holds B.Com (H) degree from Delhi University and M.Com degree from IGNOU. He also passed the CA PE-II examination of ICAI. He started his career in accounting field and after completing CS he handled all kinds of secretarial and compliance matters. During his CA article-ship, he got the exposure of internal, concurrent and statutory audit along with exposure in taxation and due diligence matters. Currently he is handling the finance matters in this firm.
