Himanshu Chitkara is an Associate Member of the “Institute of Company Secretaries of India” (ICSI). He holds B.Com degree from Delhi University. He started his career in the year 2015 and so far has handled various works and assignments in the field of Companies and Other Corporate Laws. During his career, He had assisted in drafting schemes of revival of “struck-off” companies, Schemes of compromise and arrangement between members and creditors, Insolvency resolution plans and drafting of other legal documents. Moreover, He is also been actively involved in corporate legal advisory. Presently, he is associated with our firm and is handling Secretarial & Corporate Restructuring matters.
