A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He started his career in 1989 and has worked in various capacities with reputed Industrial Houses. During his 22 years of experience, he has handled various kinds of issues of securities viz. public issue, right issue and bonus issue; dealt with SEBI, Stock Exchange(s), ROC, RBI, FIPB, NCLT etc. Headed the Secretarial Department of various Companies, ensured compliances for Listed and Unlisted companies and has handled ‘Delisting of Securities’ through Reverse Book Building Process, ‘Winding up of Companies’ Corporate Mergers & Demergers, Conduct of Internal Audit of operations of Brokers, Depository Participants, Advised on setting up of subsidiaries in India, and setting up of joint ventures/subsidiaries abroad.
He is an expert in Drafting and Vetting of Memorandum of Understanding, Promoters Agreement, Shareholders Agreement and Commercial Agreements. He has also been involved in Labor Law matters and Industrial relation rules.
